The product is equipped with precise positioning function, which can automatically sense the location of the vehicle and the pile and feed back to the instrument in the vehicle. It is the best solution to realize automatic charging in self-driving applications.
The pile end adopts air-cooled wall-mounted technology, which is convenient to install; the car end adopts water-cooled technology, which is easy to dissipate heat; the ground end integrates the transmitting coil and auxiliary function circuit in one, which is safe and reliable.
The whole system structure module is separated, which can realize fast installation, with high power, high efficiency, strong alignment adaptability, good interoperability, high safety and reliability.
• Structural features:
Wall end (WB) adopts air-cooled wall-mounted process for easy installation.
Vehicle end (VP) adopts water-cooling process, easy to dissipate heat.
Ground end (GP) integrates transmitting coil and auxiliary function circuit in one, which is safe and reliable.

• Power transmission:
PFC + interleaved Buck + LCC structure, single and three-phase compatible, with the advantages of wide operating voltage range, high power factor (PF), small harmonic current (THDi), high charging efficiency and good electromagnetic compatibility.
• Auxiliary functions:
Foreign Object Detection (FOD): when a metallic foreign object is detected, the system immediately stops charging to prevent the metal foreign object from heating up and causing danger.
Live object detection (LOP): when a moving live object is detected, the system immediately stops charging, the wireless charging system is harmless to the live object, the live object leaves and charging automatically resumes.
Position check: check the car and ground coil alignment, meet the requirements, the system starts charging.
